I have seen a couple of ladies make the most beautiful cloud backgrounds using just blue chalk & a simple cut-out cloud shape and I've wanted to try it myself but just never have. I love this little digi by Chrissy Armstrong (Sundays with Chrissy) and she seemed like the perfect image to try the clouds on, and so I did.
I liked it enough that I really want to try it on a bigger scale.
Ah, snowflakes....I love them year round, but right now they look more heavenly than ever, and as for this card, I hope one of our brave soldiers will pick it to send home to his/her own little angel.
And now on to other news......
I AM SO EXCITED, 19 days and counting till CKC in Charlotte. This will be my first ever scrapbooking/papercrafting event of any kind and I can't wait!!!! I already know of one blogging buddy that's going to be there (come to find out we are actually taking a class together, wooo hooo. >Hey "other" Tami- a.k.a. Scrappin' Rabbit.) I only know of about 4 or 5 bloggers that live within a 2-3 hr. drive from me and if you are one of them and if you will be in Charlotte please let me know. I would really love to meet as many of my blogging buddies as I can.
Have a great week everybody!!!
Wishing you sunshine & smiles, love and laughter.
