So, what's on your list? Inquiring minds want to know.....
No really, I DO want to know. (I may have missed something that I need to go check out, he,he.)
Me? Well, I'm always wanting more Lawn Fawn stamps, and of course there are tons of new paper lines coming out and new Spellbinders dies that I want to get my hands on. Luckily I haven't really seen any new machines that I think I've just got to have.
Speaking of Lawn Fawn, I whipped up a card for Lawnscaping Challenge #26: Winter Wonderland
sets used- LF: Ornate Ornaments and Winter Bunny, Hero Arts: Thinking of You |
I have got to invest in some kind of photo editing software! Any suggestions, and please keep in mind, I am a total dunce when it comes to computers.
Have a great rest of the week everyone. (I really do hope you'll tell me what's been added to your lists.)
Oh my gosh Tami this is so cute I absolutely love it. What a cute little bunny!!! Hugss Vicky
ReplyDeleteBlogger must be back to normal i am not having any trouble at the moment commenting. Crossing my fingers
ReplyDeleteThis is way adorable Tami! I totally want to add some Lawn Fawn stamps to my collection (I have none and they are so adorable!)
ReplyDeleteLets see....Paper smooches has some adorable stamps coming out...plus there are AWESOME new papers, PKS, MCT and on and on and on :)
Did you hear Tim Holtz has markers coming out? OMG I so wish I had a money tree in my backyard...LOL
Tami, your card is super cute! Love it. Do you use any type of photo editing program? Usually there's some kind of Auto Adjust button that will lighten a dark picture. I always try that first. If that doesn't work, I try to fine tune it further. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Just recently, I bought an Ottlite at Joann's. It was only $20!!! So I couldn't pass it up. That's supposed to give true, natural lighting. The first time I used it, I was real pleased--thought it really made a difference in my picture. The second time I used it, I didn't seem to be getting as good a result, so I'm still testing. I think the quality of a picture also has a lot to do with color of the card, background used, camera setting, so many things can skew your result. Wishlists...hmmmm. I just used some of my Cricut rewards points and ordered Stand and Salute. Would like to have that for summertime and other events. I love embossing folders, and think I'm going to order some online that I never seem to find at my local scrap store. And actually, I still have cartridges that I haven't even opened yet. Even though I've been at this a year, I feel like I've still only scratched the surface. There's so many images on all these carts I haven't tried yet! I'm trying to make that a goal of mine this year, but I just don't have enough time! I wish I didn't work so that I could spend all my time in my craft room!!--Pat N.
ReplyDeleteOh my! You asked, Tami. I responded. Sorry for that over-lengthy post. Please feel free to edit or delete as you see fit!--Pat

ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about CKC this morning. To be honest I am just now discovering some of the new things that are coming out like the DCWV cardstock that you can write on with Chalk! That looks like fun. I need to do a lot of looking around now that I'm back in the craft world.
